The Coester Group, a leader in automation and present in the market since 1960, has been improving and growing every day to better serve its partners. Accompanying the market evolution, Coester has equipment that meets Industry 4.0 solutions or the fourth Industrial Revolution, as it is also called. Coester solutions help reduce costs by using Digital Networks.

According to the Coester Group Technical Support manager, Gilmar Menezes, Digital Networks as part of these technologies are protocols used for controllers, sensors and actuators to exchange data in a reliable and streamlined manner in order to supervise or control industrial processes. The company has professionals certified in a pioneering fashion in Rio Grande do Sul at Profibus/Profinet Networks, being able to provide Certifications and Integration of Industrial Networks, Automation Systems, including Software, Field Interface Unit, Training in Networks, among others. "Aside from that, our network training that takes place every year at the Coester factory, provides customers with practical knowledge, which is a great differential in the market," describes Gilmar, highlighting that Coester has already announced the date for 2023, which occurs from July 4th to 6th.

Gilmar further explains that the Digital Networks are not only aimed at data transmission, but they bring advantages that guarantee greater productivity, greater integration between systems, a reduced number of electrical facilities, operational agility, significant improvements in fault diagnosis, simplification of maintenance, agility in equipment configuration, among others.

Beyond this, digital networks ensure a considerable reduction in human mediation on the equipment during the industrial processes, which is translated into higher performance quality and lower costs.
