Scoth Yoke - OMAL

Scotch Yoke with Roller Friction - OMAL: This technology converts linear motion into rotary motion without the need for gears. This results in reduced friction between the piston and the shaft, reducing wear on the components. Additionally, the Scotch Yoke actuator has an enhanced rotation moment during the opening and closing phases, taking up less space and being lighter than traditional rack and pinion actuators. This translates into cost savings in plant structure construction and lower air consumption, alleviating the workload of the compressor or allowing the use of a smaller compressor.

Self-lubricating Energized Sealing and Sliding Strips: Reduce friction between the piston and the cylinder, ensuring smooth and reliable performance. Additionally, they prevent the gasket from sticking to the cylinder, even after long periods of inactivity.

Grooves, Bushings, and Pins made of Steel with Hardness exceeding 50 HRC: Offer greater resistance to internal forces of the actuator, ensuring its durability and reliability.

Roller Friction between the Groove and the Piston: Minimizes friction, providing more efficient operation.

Laminated Cylinder: Features low surface roughness (0.15 micron Ra), resulting in less wear on the energized strips.
