Rack and Pinion - OMAL: Transformation of linear motion into rotary motion through Rack and Pinion kinematics. With self-lubricating sealing bands, they reduce friction between the piston and the cylinder, ensuring durability even after long periods of inactivity. The adjustment of the opening/closing is simple and reliable thanks to the steel adjustment cam. Rack and Pinion kinematics provide an ideal linear torque for ball valves, with high precision regulation and uniform rotation.

Rolled cylinder: Reduced wear on energized bands thanks to low surface roughness (0.15 μm Ra).
Modular cartridge spring system: High flexibility and precision in configuring the torque generated by the springs. Wide range of configurations.
Possibility of interface for NAMUR solenoid valves across the range. Based on RK10 to RK240 - Integrated for RK 300 and RK480.
NPT air hole threads available upon request: Available based on the reported sizes.
Entire production process carried out at OMAL. Maximum control at all manufacturing stages.
